Do You Put Mascara On Before Fake Lashes
Camila Farah
In order for falsies to look like your own they need to blend with your natural lashes.
Then carefully apply three coats of mascara to complete your look from root to tip. A thick coating of mascara can weigh the lash down. It can also give you the dreaded spidery lashes that are clumpy and lack volume or fullness. Use the eyelash separator at the root of your eyelashes before applying the mascara.
It isn t necessary to apply mascara to the false lashes but it can help to blend them nicely with one s real lashes. You will need some mascara at some point to blend the real ones and the fake ones but it can be afterwards i find some false lash applications benefit from having mascara on first so there is a base for the fakes to sit against but it just depends how high you want the lash to sit. Curling them creates a base that will seamlessly support the lashes. This will make it look like you re wearing false eyelashes.
Apply mascara bass prefers to. Don t use a lot of mascara since it can mess up the curl and shape of the false lashes just a tiny bit will suffice. One thing to note is that you shouldn t apply your mascara too heavily on the false lash.
