Do you really need 8 hours of sleep. The evidence shows that there is some truth in this myth. The standard in the literature is that healthy sleepers spend more. However recently we ran a survey to find out how much sleep you get and the results showed that the majority of you get less than 6 hours sleep.

This average is not necessarily you though. When you are rested sufficiently the body and brain are energized and you tend to be sharp focused and more productive.
