I dont think there is going to be any harm to your teeth because a lot of people use baking soda to whiten teeth but just know that you will end up with two toned teeth when your braces come off. People with braces and other orthodontic appliances may find their attachments can be loosened when regularly using baking soda toothpaste. The only thing id watch is i heard from my orthodontist to stay away from stuff that stains teeth and whitens because if your teeth get more whitened then what they used to be then your going to end up with those annoying squares on your teeth from the braces when they come off.
Baking soda can loosen the glue and cause these dental devices to fall not to mention that the reaction involved can leave you with darker spots.
