Some of the most common causes of true under eye circles are. We must start by understanding that the skin around the eyes is very thin. It is not about the time you retire but how long you stay resting. Oversleeping extreme fatigue or just staying up a few hours past your normal bedtime can cause dark circles to form under your eyes.
Fatigue and a lack of sleep can cause dark circles under your eyes. Sometimes what appear to be dark circles under your eyes may merely be shadows cast by puffy eyelids or hollows under your eyes that develop as a normal part of aging. Even that if not of quality wouldn t help. Dark circles under the eyes can also be caused by allergies excessive alcohol consumption and aging.
Many people suffer from dark circles under the eyes. Yes some people have dark circles under their eyes because of lack of sleep or too much alcohol. But those aren t the only reasons. It can also make you look paler which might make your dark circles appear darker.

The most common causes of dark circles under the eyes are lack of sleep and genetics. The area under the eyes can appear darker due to constricted blood vessels causing hyperpigmentation or from thinning of the skin around the eyes. There is a complex network of blood vessels under it. More sleep would be lovely but some of us can t just can t factor in an optimal number of hours every night.
Because lack of sleep causes the blood vessels under the skin to dilate not getting enough sleep certainly can increase the look of under eye circles. Dark circles under the eyes are usually caused by being tired.
